Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time an order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we are unable to fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Certain products, including collector's editions, limited editions, signed items, promotional items, and other specialty merchandise, may be available only in limited quantities.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed.

Preorders

Products offered for preorder will include an anticipated release or fulfillment date when available. Release dates, production schedules, and shipping timelines may change due to circumstances outside our control.

If a preorder contains multiple products, fulfillment timing may vary depending on product availability and the shipping method selected.

Lotus Edition & Limited Editions

Lotus Edition and other limited-edition products are produced in limited quantities. Availability and replacement copies cannot be guaranteed.

Minor variations resulting from printing, binding, finishing, production, or other manufacturing processes may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery. Claims involving items damaged during shipping are subject to our Refund,

Book purchases and other designated final-sale products are subject to the Refund, Return & Replacement Policy displayed at checkout and on our website.

Purchasing a book does not guarantee that its subject matter, writing, themes, or content will align with an individual reader's personal preferences. Personal preference or dissatisfaction with book content is not grounds for a return or refund.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to any conditions stated with the promotion. Offers may be limited by product, order amount, customer, redemption period, or availability.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
